This is a club event open to members of BHJMTC. Any rider who is not currently a member of BHJMTC and wishes to compete –
Must contact the club prior to the event to obtain a rider number (Note: MNSW registered riding numbers ARE NOT given preference at club events)

• You must become a member of the club to participate innBaulkham Hills Junior Motorcycle Training Club Events.
• Please register online as Memberships are preferred to be completed before the event

• This event will be open two weeks prior to event and close the Thursday before the event

YOU MUST PROVIDE A MARSHALL FOR EACH RIDER OR CLASS. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE A MARSHALL THEN YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO RACE.

Standard running schedule for the day

Sign on: 6.30am
Scrutineering:  6.45 am
Sign on closes:  7:45am
Scrutineering closes:  8:00am
Riders Briefing:  8:10am
Practice Start:  8:30am
Racing – after the completion of practice

Day Licenses

We have limited day licenses for this event, please reserve your day license by following the following steps;

1. All Day Licenses cover ONE DAY ONLY – If you require Saturday, Sunday or both days please contact the Secretary to reserve your Day License for this event
2. When entering online, please place in notes (DAY LICENSE REQUIRED) this will notify the club secretary

Spectator/Parking Fee

A $5 per person, or Maximum $10 per car spectator fee. This does not included riders or race crews. 
Dargle Motocross holds a $500 Bond paid by BHJTMC and any breech of the following conditions will be deducted from that bond as listed. If this occurs these breeches will need to be paid by the person/persons responsible for the breech.

Rules of Dargle MX Grounds

Tear Offs

Dargle Motocross is a Tear Off free zone – penalty $50 per occasion
Riders riding outside of main motocross circuit on access roads, or other areas of the property – penalty $100 per occasion

Vandalism

Full cost of repairs

Track or surrounding area left untidy with rubbish to clean up

Full cost of paying a staff member to carry out cleaning duties, and remove the rubbish

Noise

Bikes must not be started before 7am or after 5pm – penalty $50 per occasion

Camping is also available upon request (offsite this is nearby the track)
